Ghost Hunters' Steve Gonsalves joins The Captured Bird

TORONTO, CANADA (Monday February 7, 2011) – Steve Gonsalves, star of the popular television show Ghost Hunters, has signed on to associate produce The Captured Bird, the debut horror-fantasy film from Jovanka Vuckovic. The six-minute short is loosely based on a real life spectral experience, which was part of the appeal for the veteran paranormal investigator.

Hi everyone - just a quick Happy New Year from the team here at The Captured Bird. We've got lots of exciting things happening, starting with a video interview with our cinematographer Karim Hussain, fresh off of shooting the bound-to-be-crazy Canadian feature Hobo With A Shotgun. Jovanka and Karim sit down to discuss the storyboards and talk about the realities of making a beautiful, special-effects-heavy, practical-effects-heavy horror short on limited time and limited resources.
